This document describes all the rules for the treatment of your personal data and if any changes are made in the future, you will be informed about it in a timely manner through our website where this information will be published.
When processing your data, we proceed in accordance with all regulations and regulations, especially the so-called GDPR (EU General Regulation No. 2016/679 on the protection of personal data). We do not provide your data to any third party other than those listed below.

A) PURCHASE OF GOODS
The information we always need is first name, last name, telephone, address and e-mail. We also need this information legally (pursuant to Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR), since we issue invoices or other accounting documents on the basis of them. If you do not want to provide us with this information, then you cannot conclude a commercial contract and you cannot buy goods from us. We keep your information for the period necessary to exercise the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship and to assert claims arising from these contractual relationships (for a period of 15 years from the termination of the contractual relationship).
The third party to access your data is the shipping company. We have contracts with all carriers.
By submitting an order from the online order form, you confirm that you are familiar with the terms of privacy and that you accept them in their entirety.

B) CUSTOMER REGISTRATION AND CUSTOMER ACCOUNT
In our e-shop you have the opportunity to use the registration. Registering and using a customer account is voluntary. If you do not want information about your purchase to be recorded, you have the option to shop with us without registration. At the same time, you can cancel your customer account at any time and if you are interested, you have the right to have all data (except for the ones that we have to keep by law) deleted.

D) UNDER THE CONDITIONS SET OUT IN GDPR, YOU HAVE:
- the right of access to his personal data under Article 15 of the GDPR
- the right to correct personal data pursuant to Article 16 of the GDPR, resp. processing restrictions under Article 18 of the GDPR
- the right to have personal data deleted pursuant to Article 17 of the GDPR
- the right to object to processing under Article 21 of the GDPR
- the right to data portability under Article 20 of the GDPR
- the right to withdraw consent to processing in writing or electronically to the administrator's address or e-mail
